# Rhett Allen

## Inbound Marketing specalist

Rhett joined Pursuant in 2021 and brings an expertise in executing cross-platform marketing campaigns to the team. In his current role, Rhett is responsible for driving the success of Pursuant products, services, and brand promise in the marketplace. He has a background in collegiate athletics marketing with experience promoting various sporting events, teams, and programs to exceed sales, revenue, and attendance goals. Having worked collaboratively throughout his department and with third-party companies to achieve results, he understands unique organizational needs and the importance of timely completion of all deliverables for the overall success of a campaign. 

**Why do you do what you do?**

I am passionate about creating and executing successful marketing and fundraising campaigns. Seeing all the small components come together for a large, complex campaign or project is incredibly rewarding to me. I also enjoy collaborating with my peers to create real impact for organizations.

Watching any sporting event on TV, working out, spending time with my two-year-old Pomeranian/Mini Pin, or trying a new recipe.
